Varför hör man så lite om vandalism genom klotter? Ingen offentlig diskussion. Varför tar inte tex Uppdrag granskning upp detta område? Klotter kostar ju samhället massor med pengar som skulle kunna användas till ngt bättre. Är det 950 miljoner utförd sanering kostar? Massor av klotter saneras inte.
Fnns det forskning på området? Forskning i Sverige eller utomlands? Vilka klottrar och vad rör sig i deras huvud? Hur tänker de när de klottrar och förstör för andra?
Jag gör en knivskarp gräns för klotter och vandalism! Jag håller med om att Graffiti kan vara vackert. För mig är Graffiti en typ av konst när det skett på juridiskt godtagbart sätt. Är däremot graffiti utfört på en plats genom egenmäktigt förfarande klassar jag det som klotter och likställer det med vandalisering. Allt målande, ritande och klottrande på annans egendom utan tillåtelse alltså även samhällsägt är klotter och vandalism.

Av definitionerna nedan vill jag betrakta GRAFFITI som konst men det förutsätter alltså att den är juidiskt OK. Scrawl passar inte in här som definition och inte heller Doodle. Den bästa översättningen menar jag är SCRIBBLE och SCRIBBLING. Denna översättning passar bra då den både pekar på själva det tecknade samt på en lägre mognadsgrad. Jag ämnar söka mer information inom detta område. Hur ser det ut med befintlig forskning?
